Flat rates are per delivery. We'll contact you to schedule a delivery window. For store pickup, we'll let you know when your order is ready; please bring a vehicle large enough for your items.

We'll assemble beds, dining sets, dressers and other pieces in your home so everything is ready to use.
Adjustable Base Setup
We'll install your adjustable bed base, connect it, and make sure everything works before we leave.

Furniture Protection Plan
Protect your investment from everyday accidents. Ask about adding a protection plan to your furniture purchase. Our team will explain what's covered, plan lengths and pricing for your items.
Before & After Delivery: Important Policies
Please read before you order. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
1. Measurements Are Your Responsibility
Please measure your room, doorways, hallways, stairways and elevators before ordering. Furniture Source is not responsible for items that do not fit through entryways or into your space. Items that do not fit are not considered defective.
2. Report Damage Within 24 Hours
Inspect all items at the time of delivery. Any damage or defects must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery, with photos, by emailing online@furnituresourcefl.com or contacting us. Damage reported after 24 hours cannot be accepted.
3. 25% Restocking Fee
If a return or refund is approved for any reason other than a defect or delivery damage (for example, change of mind, wrong size or color chosen, or items that do not fit), a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
Delivery Day Tips
- Measure doorways, hallways, stairs and elevators before delivery day.
- Clear a path to the room where your furniture will go.
- Someone 18 or older should be home to receive the delivery.
- Inspect every item while our team is there, and report any damage within 24 hours.
